Whatever you require doing to your bike from a simple puncture repair to a complete rebuild, you can be assured that it will be dealt with by our team of mechanics who share a wealth of combined experience of over thirty years as well as being Cytec qualified to the highest level.

Levels of service

We offer 4 main levels of servicing for all types of bicycle:

Bronze Level ‘Your basic service’

Focussing on making sure your gears and brakes are working correctly including lubrication of cables and chain and a safety check of all key fastenings to make your bike road safe.

Silver Level ‘Shiny bike time’

Moving on from the Bronze we also wash and degrease your bike thoroughly making it look as good as new!

Gold Level ‘That new bike feeling’

If your bike is in need of TLC this is the level to look at. After thoroughly cleaning and degreasing your bike we service and grease the headset, hubs and bottom bracket (if possible) then move on to truing the wheels to make sure they are running smoothly before a full overhaul of the gear and brake systems including lubricating the cables and chain. We also do not charge any additional labour for the fitting of new parts during this level of service. (We will also do a Gold Level service for full suspension bikes including a strip down of all pivot points and service of rear shock for an additional charge)

Platinum Level ‘We can rebuild it better than before’

The Daddy of all services. We dismantle the bike down to the frame and individually degrease, clean, lube and check each individual part. T-cut and Wax the frame. Complete a service of suspension forks (and rear suspension if applicable) and include replacement inner and outer cables in the cost. As well as all the work in a Gold Level service!

To book your bike in for any level of service or other types of work either drop in any day of the week with the bike and we will be able to give you a free quotation as to the estimated cost of the work and when we will be able to undertake the work. Alternatively you can telephone and book your bike in and we can arrange a time to drop off and pick up your bike at your convenience.
Oh, and don’t worry about leaving your pride and joy either as we treat all bikes as we would our own and have ample, secure bike storage.
